Introducing the NEW PMD Race Products 5 point, 3" Lever Action
Racing Harness. We talked to one of the largest SFI approved racing harness
manufacturers and explained the features we wanted in our NEW racing
harness. Firstly it had to be FULLY SFI approved for racing with 3" shoulder
and waist straps and with 2" crutch strap for comfort.
We also wanted non-slip adjusters so the harness would stay tight
all race long. Next we wanted a strong, yet compact & slim lever latch
mechanism that was more comfortable that those bulky 3" latches on some
brands. Also a velcro cover strap to keep the lever in the locked position, pull
down shoulder strap adjusters, plus quick release tabs to loosen the
harness off easily and quickly.
Then to top it off we wanted to supply the harness with either BOLT IN or
CLIP IN fittings and didn't want to charge extra for the Clip in fittings.
